Film producer and former husband of Emily Ratajkowski<\/a>, 42-year-old Sebastian Bear-McClard<\/a>, is facing multiple allegations of sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n

According to Variety<\/em><\/a>, one now 24-year-old woman says she was just 17 years old when Bear McClard contacted her on Instagram<\/a> to play a minor role in the Safdie Brothers-directed 2017 crime thriller Good Time<\/em>.<\/p>\n

With no acting experience, the woman says she accepted the role as she was excited to meet the film\u2019s star Robert Pattinson<\/a>. But when she arrived on set, she found herself naked and performing the scene in front of a man who wasn\u2019t Pattinson but a stand-in actor who had been released from prison prior to be being hired.<\/p>\n

\u201c[I] was utterly stunned and felt terrified,\u201d the woman told Variety<\/em>, as part of a legal dispute involving Bear-McClard. \u201cMy distress only worsened when out of nowhere, [an actor] whispered in my ear if \u2018he could stick it in\u2019 while the cameras rolled. I said \u2018no.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Not long after the production ended, the woman says she began sleeping with Bear-McClard. She was 17.<\/p>\n

Another woman, who was 18 at the time, says she met the then-married producer on the set of Uncut Gems<\/em><\/a>. She says he started \u201cgrooming\u201d her via Instagram, citing his position in the film industry as an avenue to get her work.<\/p>\n

\u201cSebastian and I started kissing,\u201d the woman told Variety<\/em> in reference to an incident which took place at Bear-McClard\u2019s home that he shared with Ratajkowski at the time. \u201cThings escalated and then, without asking for my consent, Sebastian inserted himself inside me without using a condom.\u201d<\/p>\n

In July of 2022, after being made aware of multiple allegations, the Safdie Brothers terminated Bear-McClard<\/a>\u2019s ties with production company Elara, of which they has founded with Bear-McClard.<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski filed for divorce after three years of marriage<\/a> in September of 2022.<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski, 31, has declined to comment. She and Bear-McClard were married in February 2018 after knowing each other just two weeks<\/a>. Ratajkowski is fighting for sole custody of the former couple\u2019s son 2-year-old son Sylvester.<\/a><\/p>\n
