Kendall Jenner’s off-duty style has long been obsessed over and replicated\u2014one of the many perks that come with being one of the most prominent models on the planet. And so it hasn’t escaped our notice that the 25-year-old’s aesthetic has drastically changed since she emerged from lockdown. If her last week of outfits<\/a> are anything to go by, it seems Jenner has spent the last three months tweaking her look toward something more minimal and masculine.<\/p>\n

First there was her outing with BFF Bella Hadid<\/a>, in which she wore a tonal camel coat and wide-legged slacks (the Annie Hall references came thick and fast). Then, there was the head-turning head-to-toe The Row<\/a> outfit\u2014an all-black ensemble that clocked in at well over the $10,000 mark. In the last 48 hours, she’s worn straight-leg white trousers, a button-down men’s shirt, and on-trend chunky lace-up loafers<\/a>, and a layered caramel look with an equally trendy knitted ‘grandpa’ vest<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So, what’s all the fuss about? Well, until recently Jenner has favored a more Kardashian-inspired approach<\/a> to off-duty dressing. Over the last five years, she’s been regularly photographed in mini dresses<\/a>, logoed tees, ab-baring crop tops and Yeezy-style streetwear. Oversized men’s tailoring, chunky lug-soled shoes, and discreet branding haven’t been her modus operandi. In short, it seems like the eldest Jenner sister is stepping up her style game.<\/p>\n

And why shouldn’t she? With the whole fashion world clamoring to dress her, it’s no surprise the model is looking to evolve her look. Plus, with the glut of fantastic, menswear-inspired brands on the market right now\u2014Khaite and Tot\u00eame’s aspirational minimalism, Wales Bonner’s impeccable tailoring\u2014who wouldn’t be tempted to dip their toes in the world of men’s suiting?<\/p>\n

Now, let’s revisit that The Row moment, shall we? It might just be the most fantastic outfit Kendall’s ever worn.<\/p>\n
