If there’s one thing we know to be true about Jennifer Aniston<\/a>, it’s that she loves a Little Black Dress<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Spotted leaving her hotel in New York City, the actress looked incredible as she headed to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em>, demonstrating exactly why the look is still a go-to.<\/p>\n

Stunning in a one-shoulder, black jersey dress, the Murder Mystery<\/a> s<\/em>tar hiked up the drawstring side to create a ruched, asymmetrical hem. She paired the dress with delicate satin stilettos with an elongating ankle strap. Braving the crisp early spring air, she layered a fitted wool coat over the look.<\/p>\n

While some may argue that black dresses are a basic choice, one glimpse at the 54-year-old’s catalogue of LBD looks<\/a> will surely set the naysayers straight.<\/p>\n

From the ’90s til now, the actress has been a loyal follower of the LBD<\/a>, consistently illustrating its power on the red carpet and beyond. Whether it’s a Valentino<\/a> cutout floor-length gown or an Azzedine Ala\u00efa<\/a> micro mini, Aniston<\/a> has consistently reworked the look over the decades, mixing it up with different textures and silhouettes to keep it fresh.<\/p>\n

Though she has deviated from her trusted black \u2014 in a champagne slip dress in Paris<\/a> recently, for example \u2014 it’s clear she’s not parting ways with the LBD anytime soon.<\/p>\n
