Kylie Jenner<\/a> and Travis Scott<\/a> might have the most private of all Kardashian-Jenner relationships. While the couple is known for their lavish expensive gifts for one another and do make red carpet appearances from time-to-time, their on again, off again love story has a complicated timeline, and the couple seem to prefer keeping their private life private rather than revealing all the details.<\/p>\n

Regardless of their relationship’s complexities, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have remained devoted to their two children, Stormi<\/a> and Aire Webster<\/a>. The couple co-parent amicably, even when they call time on their relationship. Here, we take a look back at their beginnings, public appearances and the tumultuous moments.<\/p>\n

April 2017<\/h2>\n

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott met for the first time at Coachella in April 2017, but in a cover story for GQ<\/em><\/a>, both admitted they can’t remember exactly where or when.<\/p>\n

What they do remember is that it was more of a hanging out situation than an actual date \u2014 and when Coachella was over, Travis Scott had to continue his national tour, so Kylie Jenner just jumped on the tour bus with him. “I really jumped on the bus,” she told GQ<\/em>. “And then we rode off into the sunset. I did the whole tour with him.”<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0People<\/em><\/a>, their interaction was actually all about making Kylie Jenner’s ex, Tyga, jealous. She had broken up with the rapper (who she had dated since 2015) earlier in April, but there were rumors flying that cheating on his end was the underlying cause.<\/p>\n

Even if her interactions with Scott were fueled by revenge, sparks flew. By late April, Jenner and Scott were making public appearances, like sitting courtside at an NBA game in Texas.<\/p>\n

“It was organic,” they later told\u00a0GQ<\/em>. “And we would just go to these random cities. We got to not be who we really were. Everything happened for a reason. We weren’t going out as ‘Kylie and Trav.’ We would just be in Cleveland, walking the street for hours. We would go on walks, and no one would bother us.”<\/p>\n

May 2017<\/h2>\n

While Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott didn’t attend the 2017 Met Gala together, they did spend time with one another as evidenced by Jenner’s Instagram snaps from the night.<\/p>\n

The beauty brand founder also subtly mentioned dating Travis Scott on\u00a0Life Of Kylie<\/em> prior to the Met Gala. “I didn’t realize I would go through a breakup and then like, you know, start dating again,” she said in an episode.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported that they made things official in May, and that Scott met Jenner’s family that month.<\/p>\n

June 2017<\/h2>\n

What do you do when in love? Get matching butterfly tattoos, apparently. That’s what Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott did in June. Both stars shared their new ink on Snapchat separately, and it’s likely the meaning behind the choice of tattoo is connected to Scott’s track ‘Butterfly Effect.’ Released May 2017, Scott paired the drop with a photo of Jenner captioned “BUTTERFLY EFFECT \ud83e\udd8b\ud83e\udd8b\ud83e\udd8b\ud83e\udd8b\ud83e\udd8b.”<\/p>\n

Around the same time, Kylie Jenner covered up her old tattoo in honor of Tyga, changing the letter ‘T’ on her ankle to ‘LA.’<\/p>\n

August 2017<\/h2>\n

Travis Scott gifted Kylie Jenner a diamond necklace for her 20th birthday, and they went out for a small celebration with Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian and her then-partner Tristan Thompson, plus some of Jenner’s friends.<\/p>\n

A source told\u00a0People<\/em> at the time, “Kylie and Travis are doing great. There’s no drama with Travis. He’s a cool guy. He treats Kylie with a lot of respect and love. Kylie is very happy.”<\/p>\n

September 2017<\/h2>\n

News broke in September that the couple were pregnant, and Kris Jenner (ever the momager) went straight to\u00a0The Cut<\/em><\/a> to vaguely address the situation. “She’s not confirmed anything,” she told the outlet. “I think it’s kind of wild that everyone is just assuming that that’s just happening. Something happens every single day. You never know what is going to break at any moment.”<\/p>\n

February 2018<\/h2>\n

After months of speculation, including rumored engagement rings and both stars evading prying questions, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott announce the birth of their first child, Stormi Webster. Jenner makes the announcement via Instagram with a moving post detailing why the couple kept her pregnancy under wraps.<\/p>\n

“My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifestyle in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how. There was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness,” she said in the text post.<\/a><\/p>\n

Later, the couple release a YouTube video titled “To Our Daughter” which chronicled Jenner’s pregnancy.<\/p>\n
