Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/a> is ushering in a new era<\/a>. Following her highly publicized split<\/a>\u00a0from NFL quarterback\u00a0Tom Brady<\/a>\u00a0last October, B\u00fcndchen<\/a> is getting back to business with her modeling career<\/a>, she’s been seen out and about with a new man<\/a>\u00a0and in case you missed it, she had a blast at the Rio de Janeiro Carnival<\/a> with her friends and family. Now, she\u2019s sharing some inspirational advice as to how she keeps it all together, even in trying times.<\/p>\n

In a particularly reflective Instagram<\/a> post shared on Wednesday, the model posed in a yoga move, in front of the ocean, reaching towards the sky. She wore a light gray workout set, including leggings and a scoop-neck tank top and pulled her honey blonde locks back into a loose braid.<\/p>\n
