Selena Gomez<\/a> has shut down those pesky rumors about an ongoing feud with Bella Hadid<\/a> by sharing some Instagram Stories gushing over the model (and fellow ex of The Weeknd<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Gomez shared a TikTok she had made using the viral “so my name, my name is Bella Hadid” lip sync trend, with the caption “I wish I was as pretty as\u00a0Bella Hadid.”<\/p>\n

In the video Gomez added a filter, but in the next Instagram Story she removes it and says, “Instead, this is me. I accidentally laminated my brows too much\u2026my name is Selena Gomez. See! It doesn’t even sound sexy.”<\/p>\n

Finally, Gomez shared a photo from Bella Hadid’s\u00a0Vogue<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>shoot from last year, with the caption “#girlcrush.”<\/p>\n

All of this wouldn’t be huge news but for the fact that both stars dated The Weeknd, with Gomez dating the music artist<\/a> shortly after he split from Hadid back in 2017. At the time, Bella Hadid shared a paparazzi photo<\/a> of herself giving the middle finger, which seemed to be a veiled response to her ex’s new relationship.<\/p>\n

Both stars unfollowed each other following the news, then they refollowed each other, then unfollowed each other… fueling speculation that they were not on good terms. Things were messy <\/em>to say the least.\u00a0Later, Hadid deleted a photo Gomez had commented on, and sources told TMZ<\/em><\/a> she felt “betrayed” that Gomez didn’t tell her or sister Gigi Hadid<\/a> about the relationship before it went public.<\/p>\n

That all seems to be water under the bridge now \u2014 in the end, Gomez dated The Weekend for just under a year, while Bella Hadid and the Starboy<\/em> singer got back together in 2018 before splitting for the final time in early 2020.<\/p>\n

Currently, Hadid still doesn’t follow Gomez on Instagram, but Gomez does follow the model and her sister, Gigi
