Florence Pugh<\/a> has worn the first Nina Ricci runway look by creative director Harris Reed to the BAFTAs today, ahead of Reed’s first Paris Fashion Week show for the fashion house<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Pugh’s tangerine-orange dress has landed on best dressed lists for the BAFTAs already,<\/a> thanks to its incredible fan detail and flattering fishtail cut.<\/p>\n

The gown is structural Old Hollywood glam and exactly what we expect from movie stars during awards season. Harris Reed shared a photo of Pugh in the look on Instagram, explaining that his inspiration was a couture gown from Nina Ricci’s archival 1988 collection, and that the dress was actually the first sketch he did for the fashion house after his appointment as creative director<\/a> last year.<\/p>\n

Reed’s first-ever look for the house though, was worn by Adele<\/a> in December during her Las Vegas residency. She performed on stage in an off-the-shoulder gown with voluminous circle sleeves in black tulle with sequin polkadot embroidery and crystals.<\/p>\n
