Bow down to Queen Bey! Beyonc\u00e9<\/a> is officially the most decorated artist in Grammy history<\/a> with 32 wins. The star made history<\/a> when she accepted the award for Best Dance\/Electronic Music Album for her seventh studio album Renaissance<\/em><\/a> at the 2023 Grammy Awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Before announcing the winner, presenter James Corden paused to say, \u201cWell, this is an honor.\u201d The audience broke out in a collective cheer as he continued, \u201cWe are witnessing history tonight. Breaking the record for the most Grammy wins of all time, be upstanding and show your respects. It\u2019s Renaissance<\/em>, Beyonc\u00e9.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an emotional speech, Beyonc\u00e9<\/a> thanked God, her Uncle Johnny, who inspired the disco themes of\u00a0 Renaissance<\/em>, her parents Tina and Mathew Knowles, her husband Jay-Z, her children Blue Ivy, 11 and twins Rumi and Sir, 5, and the Queer community.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you so much. I\u2019m trying not to be too emotional. I\u2019m trying to just receive this night,\u201d said Beyonc\u00e9. \u201cI want to thank God for protecting me. Thank you, God. I\u2019d like to thank my Uncle Johnny, who is not here, but he\u2019s here in spirit. I\u2019d like to thank my parents \u2014 my father, my mother, for loving me and pushing me. I\u2019d like to thank my beautiful husband, my beautiful three children who are at home watching. I\u2019d like to thank the Queer community for your love and for inventing this genre. The Lemonade<\/em> artist accepted her award in a strapless custom Gucci gown with beige-colored bustier and ruffled metallic skirt with dramatic thigh-high slit. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz dangling diamond earrings that totaled over 70 carats, and put her signature twist on the look with black leather opera gloves. The superstar wore her long honey-highlighted hair in glossy mermaid waves, with a neutral and glowing glam complexion.<\/p>\n

Before the history-making night, Beyonc\u00e9<\/a> was tied with Quincy Jones as the second-most Grammy wins with 28. Before the 2023 Grammy Awards, Georg Solti held the record, with 31 Grammys.<\/p>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 tied the late conductor Solti when she won Best R&B Song for \u201cCuff It,\u201d but when she was unable to accept the award in person, host Trevor Noah joked she may have been stuck in traffic.<\/p>\n

Before the televised ceremony, Beyonc\u00e9 picked up Best Traditional R&B Performance for \u201cPlastic Off The Sofa,\u201d and Best Dance\/Electronic Recording for \u201cBreak My Soul<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The icon took a moment to pose with her first three Grammy trophies in a couture Balmain ensemble by designer Olivier Rousteing and styled by Marni Senofonte.<\/p>\n

In photos shared on Instagram<\/a>, she wore a soft peach velvet gown with a dramatic tunneled collar, a plunging neckline with a golden breastplate and a thigh-high slit with matching velvet leggings that extended into peep-toe wedge heels. Beyonc\u00e9 completed her outfit with a (potentially trophy-inspired) golden hat and embellished sunglasses.<\/p>\n

She captioned the post, “We won 3 y\u2019all! To my Hive, thank y\u2019all so much for all of your love and loyalty! Big thank you for the BREAK MY SOUL and CUFF IT wins!!!” The musician went on to thank her fellow “Break My Soul<\/a>,” “Cuff It,” and “Plastic Off the Sofa” creators and collaborators. “It feels great to be honored for the vocal performance. Thank you to all the talented vocalists who killed those beautiful TikTok renditions!” she added. “I feel very grateful and filled with joy!”<\/p>\n

Ahead of the 2023 Grammy Awards, Beyonc\u00e9 and Jay-Z hosted the annual Roc Nation Grammy Brunch for the first time in three years on Saturday in Bel Air, California. The hostess wore a futuristic custom Gareth Pugh Studio look, styled by KJ Moody. The white minidress featured an exaggerated tunneled collar with a silver metallic paneled corset. Queen Bey teamed the intergalactic dress with fingerless white opera gloves, shining silver Amina Muaddi platform pumps and Messika hoop earrings.<\/p>\n
