Debbie Harry<\/a>\u00a0was one of the A-listers lining the front row at\u00a0the Marc Jacob<\/a>s<\/a>\u00a0runway show on Thursday evening at the Park Avenue Armory and she sure did stand out.<\/p>\n

The front-woman attended alongside actress Debi Mazar and posed with Drag performer CT Hedden and fashion designer Anna Sui<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emily Ratajkowski<\/a>, Ashley Graham, Nicky Hilton Rothschild and Sofia Coppola were also in attendance at the show, which unofficially welcomed the (early) start of\u00a0New York Fashion Week<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 77-year-old rock legend wore a metallic silver double-breasted coat with a midi black dress, lug-soled boots and silver-studded black leather gloves.<\/p>\n

Harry accessorized with layers of statement-making necklaces and dangling earrings while carrying a black sequined J Marc Mini Shoulder Bag<\/a> from the brand.<\/p>\n

Harry also wore her natural, gray hair – a departure from her signature bright blonde hue. She began dying her hair in grade school in an effort to look like the silver-screen starlets of Old Hollywood and took the platinum plunge after working at a hair salon in her early \u201820s. Paving the way for the blossoming punk scene and new wave circuit of the 1970s, her formative rock band was named after catcalls Harry received on the streets due to her peroxide-treated bleach blonde<\/a> \u2018do.<\/p>\n

Jacobs\u2019 latest collection paid homage to yet another punk provocateur. Dubbed \u201cHeroes,\u201d the assortment served as a tribute to the late Grand Dame of British fashion, Vivienne Westwood<\/a>. The designer passed away<\/a> on Dec. 29 in Clapham, South London at the age of 81.<\/p>\n

Westwood was responsible for kicking off the sartorial vision of the British punk scene in the 1970s when she began dressing musician Iggy Pop and the English punk rock band, the Sex Pistols<\/a> (the latter of which her then-partner Malcolm McLaren managed).<\/p>\n

Jacobs toasted \u201cto all of our heroes past, and, young heroes present,\u201d in a press release. The designer also included a poignant quote from Westwood. \u201cFashion is life-enhancing,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd I think it\u2019s a lovely, generous thing to do for other
