The Babylon<\/em> press tour has made its way to Australia, and some of the country’s all-star Hollywood exports returned to f\u00eate the premiere, including Margot Robbie as well as Phoebe Tonkin and Samara Weaving.<\/p>\n

For the occasion, Robbie, who has been experimenting with her style in recent months, wearing everything from caped Valentino<\/a> to Bottega Veneta<\/a>, an abs-baring Ala\u00efa dress<\/a>, and, of course, custom Chanel<\/a>, opted to nod to her role in the Old Hollywood high-glamour film, in which she plays a roaring \u201920s starlet.<\/p>\n

After her chic Christopher Esber moment<\/a> earlier in the day, Robbie changed into an ice-blue Valentino gown that leans into the boudoir trend through its silky fabric and red lace peaking out from its thigh-high slit.<\/p>\n

The stunning design featured the brand\u2019s signature corseted bodice and straps stamped with the Medusa motif, as well as ruching detail at the waist and an elegant train, featuring the red lace detailing on the back.<\/p>\n

Robbie paired the dress with strappy sandals in the same ice blue color and wore her caramel blonde hair in loose waves.<\/p>\n

Following the red carpet moment, Robbie’s stylist Kate Young took to Instagram to reveal her inspiration for the look: Carla Bruni’s slinky blue Met Gala dress from 1995.<\/p>\n
