Model, actress, author and entrepreneur Emily Ratajkowski<\/a>\u00a0is enjoying the single life. After sparking romance rumors with former\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/em>\u00a0comedian Pete Davidson<\/a>, Ratajkowski was spotted on a night out on the town with another famous funny man, Eric Andr\u00e9.<\/p>\n

On Saturday evening, the pair were seen dining at New York City\u2019s Japanese restaurant Sakagura in photos exclusively obtained by TMZ<\/em><\/a>. Ratajkowski opted for a sheer black midi dress with an oversized leather trench and black sneakers, while the Eric Andr\u00e9 Show<\/em> host wore a printed button-down, salmon pink trousers, a black coat and Adidas Forum high top sneakers for the occasion. The comedian and the model were all smiles, strolling through town arm-in-arm.<\/p>\n

Andr\u00e9, 39, famously dated actress Rosario Dawson<\/a> between 2016 and 2017, while Ratajkowski, 31, was spotted kissing artist Jack Greer<\/a> outside of her New York City apartment in December in images exclusively obtained by the\u00a0Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

On her podcast,\u00a0High Low with EmRata<\/em><\/a>, the model has been open about dating and explained that she finally gave in and joined a dating app. \u201cI was like, \u2018f**k it. I was feeling defiant because so many people told me not to get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, it was reported that she was casually seeing\u00a0Brad Pitt<\/a>\u00a0for a few weeks, then was\u00a0photographed kissing<\/a>\u00a0DJ Orazio Rispo before sparking romance rumors with Davidson.<\/p>\n

She and Davidson made their\u00a0first public outing<\/a>\u00a0at a New York Knicks basketball game at Madison Square Garden in November. They also attended a\u00a0Friendsgiving<\/a>\u00a0together and\u00a0were spotted<\/a>\u00a0on a date in Brooklyn after the social media acccount @DeuxMoi called attention to their relationship.<\/p>\n

The model\u00a0officially filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0Uncut Gems<\/em>\u00a0producer Sebastian Bear-McClard in September.<\/p>\n

This summer, news broke that the pair were splitting after four years of marriage as rumors of Bear-McClard\u2019s \u201cserial cheating\u201d began to swirl.<\/p>\n

Ratajkowski tied the knot with Bear-McClard at a New York City courthouse in February 2018 and they share a 1-year-old son Sylvester.<\/p>\n

A source close to the model exclusively told People<\/em><\/a> in December, \u201cEm is in a great place.\u201d<\/p>\n
