For those that don’t know, the banter between Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds is all-time. In a recent video posted to Jackman’s<\/a> Instagram account of 31 million followers, the Wolverine<\/em> star congratulated the cast and crew of the Apple TV+ Christmas musical\u00a0Spirited<\/em> for being shortlisted by the Academy for an Oscar nomination for best song for “Good Afternoon.” The only thing is, he hopes the Academy actually refrain from doing so in fear it’ll boost Reynolds’ ego.<\/p>\n

“Ryan Reynolds getting a nomination in the best song category would make the next year of my life insufferable,\u201d Jackman said jokingly in a video posted to Twitter and Instagram.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have to spend a year with him shooting Wolverine<\/em> and Deadpool<\/em>. Trust me, it would be impossible. It would be a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n
