Miley Cyrus had a big weekend. She hosted her New Year’s Eve party<\/a> along with godmother Dolly Parton<\/a> on NBC, and during her special, she revealed that she has new music<\/a> is on the way.<\/p>\n

During Miley’s New Years Eve Party,<\/em> the singer announced her new single “Flowers” will drop on Jan. 13 and also shared a clip of the new single on Instagram. In the teaser video, Cyrus struts along a street in what looks like sunny L.A. wearing an amazing gold lam\u00e9 dress. The fabulous piece looks very similar to the one from Yves Saint Laurent’s F\/W 1991 collection and knowing Cyrus’ penchant for wearing vintage finds<\/a>, we have a feeling she dipped into the archive for this one.<\/p>\n
