In 2019 Margot Robbie<\/a>, Charlize Theron and Nicole Kidman starred in the groundbreaking film\u00a0Bombshell.\u00a0<\/em>The drama followed three women at Fox News who exposed CEO Roger Ailes and an entire company for sexual misconduct in light of the #MeToo movement. Robbie played the fictional Kayla Pospisil admitting it was a difficult role to play. \u201cThe second I could stop being Kayla, I did,\u201d she told Variety <\/em><\/a>this week. \u201cIt was definitely something I wanted to tap out of at the end.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Australian export, the film opened her eyes to the “definition” of sexual harassment in the workplace which she says “flourishes in the grey areas”. \u201cI realized that I \u2014 as a person with an established position in the industry, financially set up and self-sufficient \u2014 I didn\u2019t know the definition of sexual harassment, and that\u2019s shocking.”<\/p>\n
