Never in my life did I imagine that I’d need a candle to remind me of what it’s like to spend a day at the park with a group of friends. But here we are, approaching the end of the year, and I’m just as desperate to experience notes of ginger, basil, and fig as much as I need a glass (or seven) of wine<\/a>. If that’s not a 2020 mood, then I don’t know what is.<\/p>\n

Enter the limited-edition Boy Smells x Ganni candle<\/a>, named Park Life. The reflective green-glassware-packaged product is a fashion-meets-home decor<\/a> must-have \u2014 the perfect addition for everything from small-but-chic city apartments<\/a> to spacious abodes. Its earthy notes are meant to transport you mentally to the outdoors to make staying home more tolerable. According to the brand, it’s intention is to remind you of an “autumnal parkscape on a brisk fall afternoon.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“As we face a potential shutdown or re-quarantining here in the U.S., we wanted to bring a lush bouquet of outdoor ingredients into the home,” Boy Smells co-founder Matthew Herman said in an interview<\/a> pegged to the Park Life launch.<\/p>\n

This launch is the Copenhagen-based fashion label’s first-ever candle, and the unique collaboration highlights the two brands’ shared commitments to style and sustainability. “When the opportunity came up to work with Boy Smells and Nordstrom, I was really excited,” Ganni’s creative director Ditte Reffstrup says in a statement. “I love how we care about the same things, like creating a candle with responsibly sourced ingredients that is fully recyclable.”<\/p>\n
