There&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/53-nyc.com\" target=\"_blank\">53<\/a>, an elevated take on Asian cuisines, <a href=\"http:\/\/onefifthnyc.com\" target=\"_blank\">One Fifth<\/a>, simple dishes with a twist, and the French favorite, <a href=\"http:\/\/maisoncloserestaurant.com\" target=\"_blank\">Maison Close<\/a>. All three are already generating a lot of buzz, so what better time to make a reservation than while you need a good breather during Fashion Week? Check out each space, below.<\/p>\n<h2>53<\/h2>\n<p>The latest launch from the owners of Marea, Ai Fiori and Osteria Morini, comes <a href=\"http:\/\/53-nyc.com\" target=\"_blank\">53<\/a>, a new fine dining experience from Michelin-Star chef Akmal Anuar.
