On Sunday, Emily Ratajkowski recapped her days away in the country by sharing a sweet series of photos on Instagram<\/a> enjoying a weekend getaway with her 1-year-old son, Sylvester Apollo Bear, whom she shares with estranged husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
