While out in New York City on August 9, Paltrow went with an effortless, summery style approach. Never one to be afraid of leading trends rather than following (see her recent radiant pajama look<\/a>), the 49-year-old actress’ khaki shorts were paired with an equally oversized collared button-down for the ultimate summer fit. For accessories, she added color with a crossbody bag, layered gold bracelets on her wrist, and pristine white sneakers.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Hadid added her own fashionable twist to Bermuda shorts. On July 22, the model wore her oversize pair featuring large patchwork detailing with a black cutoff tank and knee-high boots \u2014 a style move that’s perfect to copy (with a jacket overtop) when fall arrives.<\/p>\n
