Jennifer Lawrence<\/a> has become this season’s unexpected style icon with her understated take on bohemian style. In a string of perfect warm weather ensembles the actress was spotted walking the streets of the West Village in New York City – aka a literal melting pot right now – in Tory Burch last month. The Hunger Games\u00a0<\/em>star wore a blue checked midi dress which lent a summery take on the corset silhouette for easy day-to-night style. Chef’s kiss.<\/p>\n

On the other side of the globe Jennifer Lopez<\/a> has since worn a sequel to the look with a two-piece set in the same blue check, by the same American-born brand. Lopez was photographed in Capri overnight basking in the sunshine in a Tory Burch gingham bralette and pleated midi skirt. It’s the ab-baring equivalent to J Law’s earlier look which was paired with glittering flip flops and cat eye sunglasses.<\/p>\n

The appearance comes after the “On The Floor” singer performed at the LuisaViaRoma x UNICEF charity gala<\/a> on the Italian island last weekend. The pop star and actress returned to the stage after her surprise Las Vegas wedding to Ben Affleck wearing a custom Roberto Cavalli look which featured a zebra print cape, pants and bandeau with feather detailing.<\/p>\n

Tory Burch has certainly had a resurgence in recent years thanks to celebrity appeal. Sydney Sweeney was tapped<\/a> for the brand’s recent Fall\/Winter 2022 campaign which was photographed by Jamie Hawkesworth and styled by Brian Molloy. The first-time Emmy nominated actress wore a custom gown by the designer to the 2022 Met Gala for the theme ‘Gilded Glamour’.<\/p>\n

For now, J Lo and J Law are on our style radars as the southern hemisphere turns to the spring
