Last week came the news that Emily Ratajkowski filed for divorce<\/a> from her husband of three years, Sebastian Bear-McClard, following reports that Bear-McClard cheated on the 31-year-old model. Now, there’s another model going her separate ways from her husband. Hilary Rhoda reportedly filed for divorce from ex-NHL star Sean Avery after seven years of marriage.<\/p>\n

TMZ announced that the 35-year-old model filed court documents in Los Angeles this week citing “irreconcilable differences.” The outlet reported that the two split on July 17 and that the model is seeking physical custody of their son, but sharing legal custody.<\/p>\n
