Calling all fashion history buffs! Sony Pictures Classics just dropped the official trailer for the new<\/a><\/span> documentary following the life and career of legendary Italian footwear designer Salvatore Ferragamo<\/a>. Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams<\/em>, is directed by Call Me by Your Name’<\/i>s Luca Guadagnino and is set to hit theaters in the fall of 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The official poster was also released and showcases Ferragamo\u2019s Calipso stiletto \u2014 a strappy, slingback high-heeled sandal introduced in 1956.<\/span><\/p>\n
