Schiaparelli has long had a history of creating a viral sartorial moment. Take for example Bella Hadid in Cannes<\/a>, and Julia Fox in Paris<\/a>. It should come as no surprise that the front row of Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall\/Winter 2022<\/a> runway was a celebrity-fueled fever dream with the likes of Rita Ora, Pixie Lott and Law Roach in attendance. All wearing the House\u2019s sculptural wares.<\/p>\n

Hunter Schafer<\/a> who rose to stardom in HBO series Euphoria\u00a0<\/em>also received an invitation to the highly-anticipated event alongside a curated wardrobe. The actress was captured outside the show in mini column corset dress with horns at the bodice, paired with black opera gloves, a mini bowling bag and black pumps with tiny gold claws. Schafer was sat front row next to Emma Watson who wore faded black ripped jeans with rolled cuffs and a sculptural black jacket.<\/p>\n

The newly-unveiled collection was in homage to the House\u2019s lauded history and in particular, past creative director Christian Lacroix. \u201cSo followed a dreamscape that would celebrate the super-’80s decadence of Lacroix\u2019s style as well as Elsa\u2019s infamous history,\u201d contributing fashion editor Alissa Thomas wrote of the FW\/22 couture collection. \u201cGarish, glorious florals (lavenders, tulips, daisies) arranged as sprouting explosions on the garments were nods to Lacroix\u2019s love of color as well as chic interpretations of Elsa Schiaparelli\u2019s 1937 \u2018Shocking\u2019 floral perfume bottle.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schafer has cemented her cult status in the fashion industry and recently appeared in the Prada Fall\/Winter 22 campaign captured by David Sims. She was also cast in the upcoming film The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>where she will reportedly portray as Tigris Snow, Coriolanus Snow\u2019s (Tom Blyth) cousin. Production is due to begin in the coming weeks.
