The costal town on the French Riviera has played host to high-profile visitors from around the world for decades, from Brigitte Bardot in the 1950s to celebrity friends of <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/articles\/larry-david-staud-new-york-fashion-week\/\">Staud<\/a> designer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Ce4Y56Nv0ka\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sarah Staudinger<\/a>, who was married there just last month. The town is known for its coastal hikes, olive groves, and cerulean blue water. The brand&#8217;s first restaurant will be head up by Michelin-starred Mory Sacko, the head of MoSuke in Paris. The restaurant is located at the White 1921 Hotel in Saint-Tropez, a legendary address for a legendary moment for Louis Vuitton.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-216610 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Mory-Sacko_Louis-Vuitton-058.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2250\" height=\"3000\" \/><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_216613\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-216613\" style=\"width: 6248px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-216613 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/MORY-SACKO.jpg\" alt=\"Mory Sacko \" width=\"6248\" height=\"4999\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-216613\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image courtesy of Louis Vuitton<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Under Sacko&#8217;s lead, the restaurant will serve French cuisine with African and Japanese influence. The menu is travel-inspired, taking notes from food around the world and applying it to local produce. Sacko&#8217;s lunch menu is a perfect example of this blend, featuring a gourmet twist on the Japanese <em>ekiben<\/em>, a meal tray that&#8217;s commonly enjoyed on trains and in stations. The meal itself comes served on a custom-made wooden tray, designed by Sacko himself, and in glass containers that are delicately decorated with preserved flowers and foliage.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_216611\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-216611\" style=\"width: 5304px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-216611 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/01.jpg\" alt=\"Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton\" width=\"5304\" height=\"7952\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-216611\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Image courtesy of Louis Vuitton<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>For dinner, the menu moves away from the <em>ekiben<\/em> and offers a more traditional tapas-style plating. Seafood, including grilled amberjack and crayfish, features on the evening menu alongside prime rib, eggplant tacos, and a section of fresh and spiced sides and salads. Both the lunch and dinner menu are largely plant-based, leaving space for the fresh French produce to shine.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the food, stepping into the restaurant is an experience of its own. Beyond the moon gate at the entrance, the decor of Mory Sacko at Louis Vuitton features rattan baskets hanging against manicured greenery, fresh neutral tones, and fine wooden detailing. The space is the perfect blend of Louis Vuitton luxury and Saint-Tropez escapism, and once you visit, you&#8217;ll never want to leave.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_216612\"
