On Wednesday, Entertainment Tonight<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>reported that Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker have officially called it quits after two and-a-half years. The couple had been dating for almost a year when in February 2021 \u2014 just after Valentine’s Day \u2014 when the NBA player made his debut on Jenner’s social media<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One source for the outlet shared that “Kendall feels like they’re on different paths,” while another insider echoed this notion. “[The couple] have had discussions about their future but they are not on the same page,” they said.<\/p>\n

It is no secret that Jenner has been pressured about having children from her family. To promote The Kardashians\u00a0<\/em>on Hulu, Jenner admitted she does experience “baby fever”<\/a> particularly with her new born nephew but added that she’s “living life right now as a free bird.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the couple are notoriously private \u2014 only recently have they been spotted together for occasions such as Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding<\/a> \u2014\u00a0<\/em>Booker made a rare comment about his relationship in an interview with the\u00a0Wall Street Journal Magazine<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

When asked if he finds dating such a famous woman difficult, he responded, \u201cI wouldn\u2019t say hard. Honestly, I\u2019m enjoying life to the fullest. And that came off my tongue so easily because it wasn\u2019t always this way, but I feel like I\u2019m in a good place right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

The split does come as a shock, even if\u00a0ET\u00a0<\/em>says there is a chance of “reconciliation.” In January another source for the outlet believed their relationship was in a “really good place.”<\/p>\n

“They love that they can genuinely be themselves around each other. It takes no effort and things are easy. They both love that,” the source said. “Kendall’s family loves Devin and think he is super talented. They think he is just the type of guy that Kendall needs. He is athletic, sweet, fun and still a gentleman.”<\/p>\n
