While we all know better, at one point or another, there comes a time when we get the urge to cut our own hair, even to our hairstylist’s dismay. Even Jennifer Aniston<\/a>, who has notoriously fabulous hair (and a hairstyle named after her most famous on-screen TV character), has even given into the temptation and cut and dyed her mane on her own. Celebrities, they’re just like us!<\/p>\n

The actress revealed in a new interview with The Cut<\/em><\/a> that she once cut and dyed her beautiful locks in high school. “I did the boysenberry purple, which then turned into this awful copper-red color over time. I would do it myself,” she said. “Then I cut my hair really short and I shaved it on the sides. I do not have a face for any of that.”<\/p>\n

The Friends<\/em> star revealed, “I just stick with what works; if it ain\u2019t broken, don\u2019t fix it,” announcing that this summer she would be wearing her hair more curly. To further care for her sun-kissed ‘bronde’ locks, she has created her own haircare line, LolaVie<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the same interview, the famous salad recipe<\/a>\u00a0that she allegedly ate on the set of Friends<\/em> was also addressed. The ingredients being: bulgur, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachio.<\/p>\n

Somehow, the salad recipe went viral earlier this year but now, Aniston is setting the record straight, explaining to the outlet that the salad recipe is all wrong.<\/p>\n

“So sad to break it to you: There\u2019s no truth to that particular salad, but it sounds delicious,” she said.<\/p>\n

She continued to say, “It actually reminds me of a salad that I had many years ago that my girl made for me, but it had quinoa. It wasn\u2019t bulgur. It was not what I had on Friends. <\/em>That was a chopped salad that was not as exciting as the salad recipe you just read to me.”<\/p>\n

Aniston also gave her fans a pro tip for salad making, saying, “You also can put the collagen powder into a salad dressing.” (She reps Vital Proteins.)<\/p>\n

For a woman whose photo has been used so many times for reference at the hair salon, it is comforting to know that she too, has made some hair mistakes in her
