Over the weekend, Gigi Hadid<\/a> and Bella Hadid<\/a> attended a soir\u00e9e at the Boom Boom Room in New York City for IMG Vice President Luiz Mattos’ 50th birthday. We expected nothing less than a chic affair with the model manager opting for a decadent masquerade ball at the cult Standard Hotel. No face masks\u00a0<\/em>in sight. Instead, the supermodel sisters put a modern twist on the period-style event where corsets, feathers and lace were still aplenty.<\/p>\n

Gigi opted for a more traditional ensemble and stepped out in Manhattan wearing a vibrant colorblock gown by next-gen couturier, Miss Sohee. Pulled direct from the Autumn\/Winter 2022 runway it featured a pink corset-style bodice and an iridescent column skirt in a fiery red hue with a silver baroque pattern embellished to the hem in sequins. The gown was paired with white opera gloves, champagne satin pumps and a lace mask.<\/p>\n
