John Travolta\u2019s wife Kelly Preston has died of breast cancer. She was 57.<\/p>\n

The actor has confirmed his wife of 29 years had passed in an Instagram post. \u201cIt is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer,\u201d he wrote. \u201cShe fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many. Kelly\u2019s love and life will always be remembered. I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don\u2019t hear from us for a while.\u00a0But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Travolta and the former model had three children together, Ella who is 20, Benjamin who is nine and Jett who died in 2009 aged 16.<\/p>\n
