Kourtney Kardashian<\/a> came under fire this week when on the 2022 Met Gala red carpet, the reality star admitted she hadn’t “really thought” about the theme “Gilded Glamour.”\u00a0 She attended the lauded event alongside Travis Barker in accompanying Thom Browne looks. Following the evening, Kardashian has since clarified the inspiration behind the two ensembles and it’s actually a really special story.<\/p>\n

Alongside images of the fitting process, the 43-year-old revealed that it was the designer’s first time dressing a couple. “When I heard that Travis and I were the first couple you had dressed, how important it was to you that our story be told, for us to be an extension of each other, it meant so much to us,” Kardashian wrote in a caption on Instagram.<\/p>\n
