Following Couture Week in January, Julia Fox<\/a> has made a name for herself as fashion’s latest style darling. The actress isn’t afraid to take risks in fashion, beauty, or in life for that matter, as demonstrated by her head-to-toe denim and leather<\/a> ensembles, Pat MacGrath’s makeup looks<\/a>, and playing into her TikTok viral “UnCut Jaamz” meme. So it makes sense that Fox has opted to give fashion’s latest risqu\u00e9 trend a go. Fox attended the Diesel Fall-Winter 2022 show in Milan yesterday in a monochromatic outfit featuring pantaboots\u2014err.. pantashoes, joots, or any of the other names they go by.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t the first time Fox was spotted in the look either; during couture week, she paired a pair of pantaboots with a cone-bra Schiaparelli look<\/a>. The version Fox wore this time, naturally, was by Diesel. However, we can thank Demna’s Balenciaga for bringing the pantaboots to the forefront in his last few collections and with his muse Kim Kardashian<\/a>. Notably, in her Balenciaga era, Kardashian has worn pantaboots paired with daring catsuits almost exclusively the past couple of months, including at the Met Gala, her during Saturday Night Live<\/em> debut.<\/p>\n

Although A-listers can’t seem to get enough of the pantaboots \u2014 we’ve noticed they make special appearances during fashion month and on red carpets (with a few exceptions). It has us considering if the pants-meet-boots hybrid is made for walking as much as they are for a photo op. One thing is for sure, they’re certainly eye-catching and make for the perfect fashion week street style look.<\/p>\n
