Punxatuney Phil (our seasonal authoritarian groundhog) proclaimed six more months of winter. As we endure these additional chilly days, many of us have found a new love (necessity?) for accessories that keep us warm and cozy while braving the elements. During New York Fashion Week<\/a>, the balaclava<\/a> took center stage alongside beanies and fuzzy hats<\/a>. However, fashion’s biggest trendsetter of today, Bella Hadid, opted for something a little different.<\/p>\n

Yesterday the 25-year-old model was spotted wearing a pair of nude earmuffs paired with a long plaid trench coat on the last day of fashion week. The previous day, she was seen leaving a show in a pair of oh-so-chic oversized fluffy black earmuffs.<\/p>\n

To be quite candid, we can’t remember the last time we thought of earmuffs (perhaps, Marc Jacobs 2001 collection?) However, the model makes a strong case for the revival, peruse of her outfit choices. Hadid has never been afraid of taking outfit risks; just look at her sporting kidcore. Equally, we’ve never not liked her Y2K meets streetwear aesthetic<\/a> that she pulls off perfectly.<\/p>\n
