As New York Fashion Week<\/a> rounds out day five, a few brands that are not presenting during the usual Fall-Winter RTW 2022 fashion calendar are making sure fans know that new collections are still coming \u2014 and soon.<\/p>\n

Ralph Lauren and Thom Browne recently announced the dates of their next shows, in March and April respectively. While another brand, Alexander McQueen which notably shows in Paris, also revealed that the brand will be coming stateside to present its Fall collection next month.<\/p>\n

So what’s in store as more brands go off-calendar? Here’s what we know so far.<\/p>\n

Ralph Lauren<\/h4>\n

On Tuesday, WWD<\/em><\/a> reported that Ralph Lauren is hosting an in-person show on March 22 featuring both the women’s Fall collection and men’s Purple Label. This marks the first in-person show the brand’s thrown since its 2019 Ralph’s Club event. Last year, it showed a virtual presentation featuring a performance by Janelle Mon\u00e1e.<\/p>\n

Thom Browne<\/h4>\n

The brand announced in January that due to COVID-19 logistical delays, it wouldn’t be showing its Fall 2022 collection during a Fashion Week calendar, for the first time in the designer’s history. Instead, it will show on April 29, which will now coincide with the opening of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute’s “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion” part two exhibition (which is curated by Browne’s partner Andrew Bolton).<\/p>\n
