Apple TV+ today announced a series order for\u00a0<em>The New Look<\/em>, an &#8216;epic thriller&#8217; that chronicles the heights of <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/chanel-is-not-the-first-fashion-house-to-send-animals-down-the-catwalk\/\">Coco Chanel<\/a>&#8216;s fashion dominance in pre-World War II Paris and the rise of <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/watch-the-dior-haute-couture-spring-summer-2022-show-live\/\">Christian Dior<\/a>&#8216;s post-war &#8216;New Look.&#8217; The series will star Ben Mendelsohn (as Dior) and Juliette Binoche (as Chanel) and will be written, executive produced, and directed by Todd A. Moreover, they&#8217;ve dubbed the series a &#8216;live action&#8217; &#8216;epic thriller,&#8217; which are two phrases not often juxtaposed with the rather more genteel and lofty origins of the
