Famous heiress and fashion designer Nicky Hilton Rothschild<\/a> took to Instagram to debut her bourgeoning baby bump yesterday. Pregnant with her third child with husband James Rothschild, the socialite captioned her snap, \u201cThey say the best things in life come in threes.\u201d For the pic, she wore the same Self-Portrait babydoll crystal-embellished crepe mini dress<\/a> her older sister Paris Hilton<\/a> wore just last week during her press tour in New York City<\/a>, which left us wondering if the Hilton sisters swapped wardrobes?<\/p>\n

While they each may have one of their own, perhaps Paris took a trip through Nicky’s closet before choosing the crystal-adorned LBD for her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen?<\/em>\u00a0 Paris wore her dress with a glam voluminous, blown out half-up ‘do, while Nicky gracefully cradled her bump with soft tousled waves.<\/p>\n
