Even though Janet Jackson<\/strong> only became a mother a few years ago<\/a>, she is in total bliss when she is with her son, Eissa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe height of happiness is holding my baby son in my arms and hearing him coo,\u201d she revealed of one of her favorite things about motherhood. \u201cOr when I look into his smiling eyes and watch him respond to my tenderness. When I kiss him. When I sing him softly to sleep. During those sacred times, happiness is everywhere<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer and her ex Wissam Al Mana<\/strong> welcomed Eissa in 2017; they got married in 2012 but called it quits the same year that Eissa was born. Though welcoming a tot can be daunting to some, Jackson was immediately overjoyed.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s doing all the baby talk to the baby and playing with him constantly \u2014 all that stuff. She changes all the diapers \u2014 she does it all. She\u2019s a real mother. She loves it. I asked her, \u2018How are you getting along with this?\u2019 and she said, \u2018Tito, I love it.\u2019 She just loves her baby,” Jackson’s brother Tito<\/strong> previously shared.<\/p>\n

Now, the little boy is 5 years old, and the “All For You” songstress wrote a sweet note<\/a> in honor of big day.\u00a0“You’re growing up so fast. Such an intelligent beautiful boy. Wishing you a life full of magical moments,” she wrote via Instagram in January.\u00a0“You’re Mama’s Luv. Happy 5th Birthday baby!”<\/p>\n

Despite being a single mother, Jackson is determined to give him the best life possible<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mother did it. Her mother did it. Why can\u2019t I?\u201d she stated. \u201cWe\u2019ll see. I\u2019m sure I will need someone in the future, some help here and there, but I don\u2019t have anyone [right now] and I love it. I\u2019ve always been a patient person, but there\u2019s more patience that you have to have [in motherhood] and I never knew I was as patient as I really am. He\u2019s first and foremost in my life. I get up, I go to sleep \u2014 everything is about him. He comes first in my life<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
