Here\u2019s what to watch this week:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Gilded Age | Official Trailer | HBO\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wKj1cMz3yfI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5><strong>The Gilded Age<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><em>Downton Abbey<\/em> creator Julian Fellowes ditches the English countryside for the streets of olde New York in this tale of late 19th century American class conflict. Country bumpkin Marian (Louisa Jacobson) and aspiring writer Peggy (Den\u00e9e Benton) arrive in New York and find themselves caught between the old guard (Christine Baranski and <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/cynthia-nixon-reveals-why-willie-garson-character-exit\/\">Cynthia Nixon<\/a>) and the new (Carrie Coon, Morgan Spector). The presence of Baranski, Nixon and Audra McDonald has me convinced that this is secretly an alternate universe, time traveling crossover of <em>The Good Fight <\/em>and <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/and-just-like-that-wildest-moments\/\"><em>And Just Like That<\/em><\/a>, and I\u2019m here for that. This latest from journalist Lisa Ling zeros in on the Asian American experience, exploring the history and legacy behind some of the most ubiquitous take-out cuisines in the U.S. Streaming January 27 on HBO Max.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Afterparty \u2014 Official Trailer | Apple TV+\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BGG2H3DN_II?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5><strong>The Afterparty<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Can\u2019t wait for <em>Knives Out 2<\/em>? Try this wry whodunnit from Oscar winners Chris Miller and Phil Lord (<em>21 Jump Street<\/em>, <em>Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse<\/em>). The ever-delightful <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/tiffany-haddish-florence-griffith-joyner-biopic\/\">Tiffany Haddish<\/a> stars as a detective investigating the murder of a Bieber-esque celebrity (Dave Franco) at the after party for his high school reunion. Each episode spotlights a different character\u2019s perception of the events leading up to the murder, and with comedy MVPs like <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/ilana-glazer-false-positive\/\">Ilana Glazer<\/a>, Sam Richardson and Ben Schwartz rounding out the potential suspects, it\u2019s sure to be a hoot.
