The CFDA<\/a> really hit the nail on its head when they dubbed Anya Taylor-Joy the <\/span>Face of The Year<\/span><\/i> for 2021. Saturating the media landscape, her Netflix miniseries The Queen’s Gambit<\/em> swept awards season, garnering the young actress with a Critics\u2019 Choice Award, a Screen Actor\u2019s Guild Award<\/a>, and a Golden Globe<\/a> for her riveting performance as chess prodigy Beth Harmon.<\/span><\/p>\n

With another retro period piece<\/a> debuting this year, Taylor-Joy starred in Edgar Wright\u2019s Last Night in Soho<\/em><\/a> set in 1960s London. Clad in a voluminous bouffant and an exaggerated cat-eye of the mod-glam era<\/a>, Taylor-Joy seems to embody a retro flair of her own<\/a>, off the screen as well. Paired with her haunting beauty, waif-like figure, and mile long golden tresses, Anya Taylor-Joy often dresses the part of a vintage Barbie.<\/span><\/p>\n

With styling from the legendary Law Roach and Paul Burgo, the star exudes elegance as the face of Dior, Tiffany & Co, and the Viktor and Rolf fragrance Flowerbomb. With a new project forthcoming, Robert Eggers\u2019 The Northman<\/em> sees Taylor-Joy alongside a star studded cast including <\/span>Alexander Skarsg\u00e5rd, Nicole Kidman, Willem Dafoe and Bj\u00f6rk, and is set to be released in April of 2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
