Luckily, there\u2019s a ton of new TV coming our way. From exciting new shows to spinoffs to scandal-driven limited series, here\u2019s a selection of our most anticipated new 2022 TV.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Somebody Somewhere | Official Trailer | HBO\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AReWFGoUmHY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>Somebody Somewhere<\/h5>\n<p>The tremendously talented Bridget Everett (<em>Patti Cake$<\/em>, <em>Inside Amy Schumer<\/em>) stars as Sam, a woman who finds herself adrift in her Kansas hometown after the death of her sister. That is, until she connects with a group of musical outsiders. Premieres January 16 on HBO and HBO Max.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"HOW I MET YOUR FATHER Trailer (2022)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CQlhKUdp_vQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>How I Met Your Father<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/hilary-duff-accidentally-dyed-her-hair-green\/\">Hilary Duff<\/a> stars in this remake\/reboot\/riff on hit sitcom <em>How I Met Your Mother<\/em>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/where-in-the-world-in-kim-cattrall\/\">Kim Cattrall<\/a> appearing as the future version of the same character and narrating all the shenanigans. Streaming on Hulu January 18.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Gilded Age | Official Trailer | HBO\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wKj1cMz3yfI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>The Gilded Age<\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/2022-movie-preview-scream-batman-downton-abbey\/\"><em>Downton Abbey<\/em><\/a> creator Julian Fellowes ditches the English countryside for the streets of olde New York in this tale of late 19th century American class conflict. Country bumpkin Marian (Louisa Jacobson) and aspiring writer Peggy (Den\u00e9e Benton) arrive in New York and find herself caught between the old guard (Christine Baranski and <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/and-just-like-that-miranda-hair\/\">Cynthia Nixon<\/a>) and the new (Carrie Coon, Morgan Spector). Either way, it\u2019s sure to be wild! Marvel\u2019s Sebastian Stan and <em>Downton Abbey<\/em>\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/lily-james-diet-exercise-workout-routine-pamela-anderson-body\/\">Lily James<\/a> are <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/watch-lily-james-and-sebastian-stan-in-the-first-trailer-for-pam-tommy\/\">dead ringers<\/a> for M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce drummer Tommy Lee and <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/pamela-anderson-deletes-instagram\/\">Pamela Anderson<\/a> in this limited series dramatizing the events surrounding the unauthorized release of their private sex tape. Streaming February 2 on Hulu.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Inventing Anna | Official Teaser | Netflix\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F4x8G9LDhMk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>Inventing Anna<\/h5>\n<p>Based on Jessica Pressler\u2019s 2018 <em>New York Magazine <\/em>story, this limited series created and executive produced by Shonda Rhimes explores how Anna Sorkin (<a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/anna-delvey-julia-garner-netflix-trailer\/\">Julia Garner<\/a>) invented the persona of \u201cAnna Delvey\u201d and conned New York\u2019s elite out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. A previous Pressler story was the basis for 2019\u2019s <em>Hustlers<\/em>, so this should be fantastic. Streaming February 11 on Netflix.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"My Kingdom | Bel-Air | Early Teaser | Peacock Original\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cKYfwATqaBc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h5>Bel-Air<\/h5>\n<p>You know the story all about how <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/will-smith-dad-bod-instagram\/\">Will Smith<\/a>\u2019s life got flipped, turned upside down. Peacock\u2019s <em>Bel-Air<\/em> reimagines the classic \u201990s sitcom as an hour-long drama set in contemporary America. The basic premise remains the same: young Will (Jabari Banks) moves from West Philadelphia to L.A.\u2019s exclusive Bel-Air neighborhood. But the new show promises to replace the breezy jokes with a deeper dive into \u201cinherent conflicts, emotions and biases,\u201d that the original couldn\u2019t fully explore. First came reportage, then the podcast, then the documentary and now the scripted limited series. Hulu\u2019s <em>The Dropout <\/em>is based on the 2019 ABC News podcast of the same name and stars Oscar nominee <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/amanda-seyfried-elizabeth-holmes-hulu-series\/\">Amanda Seyfried<\/a> as the captivatingly creepy Elizabeth Holmes.
