Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet has proven himself to be quite the red carpet showstopper since his 2017 rise to fame, often opting for the luxe and unexpected designs of Haider Ackermann. The pair has since acted as a dynamic duo, working together for years and creating significant style moments that hold a permanent place in the menswear zeitgeist. The actor and designer have joined forces once again, this time to design a hoodie in support of Afghan women\u2019s rights in the midst of a humanitarian crisis. Marking their first collaboration, both Chalamet and Ackermann took to Instagram to reveal the charitable project.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As this summer saw the authoritative return of the Taliban in Afghanistan, basic human rights of women and girls have rapidly diminished. With this humanitarian crisis in mind, all proceeds from Chalamet and Ackermann\u2019s design will go towards the nonprofit organization Afghanistan Libre<\/a>, working towards reimplementing and expanding the rights of Afghan women and children.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
