Benett\/Dave Benett\/Getty Images for Burberry)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Spearheaded by <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/burberry-imagined-landscapes-pop-up\/\">Burberry<\/a>&#8216;s chief creative officer <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/burberry-spring-summer-2022\/\">Riccardo Tisci<\/a>, a new pre-collection project titled &#8216;Friends and Family&#8217; brings creative collaborations to the brand&#8217;s collection. The first collaborator on this project is model Lea T, who is a close friend of Tisci who has starred in Burberry campaigns in addition to walking the <a href=\"https:\/\/graziamagazine.com\/us\/articles\/burberry-fall-winter-2021\/\">brand&#8217;s spring 2021 show<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Set to launch in January 2022, Lea T will contribute to the Fall 2022 pre-collection, \u201cLea is my family, my love, not only someone so connected to animals and nature, but also someone who is able to balance fierce femininity and an effortlessly gentle romantic softness,\u201d Tisci said of the model. Tisci added that he plans to work with &#8220;inspiring creatives from unexpected backgrounds\u201d on this new project.<\/p>\n<p>The creative partners will be asked to &#8220;interpret the Burberry identity&#8221; which Tisci has helped to establish since he joined the brand&#8217;s team in 2018. I wanted to explore a different experience bringing my collections to life, so I have decided to open up my pre-collection to a new creative voice each season, someone special to me, who inspires me and whose unique creativity surrounds me in my personal life,\u201d Tisci said.<\/p>\n<p>He continued, &#8220;Creativity means freedom, and it is about empathy and communication with others. It is your voice, your identity, something inside you [that] you want to share with others.
