After the King ordered Anne Boleyn be beheaded in 1536, Henry VIII ordered all portraits of her be destroyed. The one that got away is currently sitting in the National Portrait Gallery in London, displaying the mother of Queen Elizabeth I, wearing her iconic gold and pearl \u201cB\u201d pendant.
