Kim Kardashian West has flown to her family\u2019s ranch in Wyoming to see her husband Kanye West for the first time since his troubling presidential rally in Charleston a week ago. The couple were photographed in a car outside a local Wendy\u2019s restaurant and Kardashian is seen in tears in the passenger seat.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/em><\/a>, the reality star and beauty mogul, 39, has been trying to convince her rapper husband to seek medical help for bipolar disorder after a series of public outbursts. It is thought West is refusing treatment.<\/p>\n

Last week, during the aforementioned rally, West, 43, told shocked supporters he and his wife had considered abortion when Kardashian became pregnant with their first child North, now 7.<\/p>\n
