Everyone’s talking about collagen, including\u00a0<\/span>Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian<\/span><\/a>. She’s no stranger to its skin and hair-boosting benefits, and she’s apparently searched the globe far and wide for the *perfect* formula. After discovering\u00a0<\/span>Dose & Co<\/span><\/a>, the California native loved the line so much that she’s now its global ambassador \u2014 and a brand partner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dose & Co was founded in New Zealand in 2019 by naturopath and nutritionist Libby Matthews. Her collagen assortment is comprised of seven products, specifically protein and creamer that actually taste good. Its formulas launched in the United States as of October 2020, and Kardashian jumped right on board.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOn the search for the right supplements, I noticed many were loaded with fillers, fake sweeteners, and all sorts of nasties that outweighed the benefits of the supplements themselves,” says Matthews. “As a new mother, I also wanted products that were safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I set myself the task of creating a product line formulated to focus on improving wellness from the inside out, using the highest quality ingredients, without GMOs, fillers, or plastic packaging,<\/p>\n

It’s considered the “glue” that holds everything together and helps your body function its best.\u00a0<\/span>As we age, the unfortunate truth is that our collagen production slows down. Dose & Co uses hydrolyzed collagen, which is easy for the body to ingest and absorb. “Libby gave birth to her daughter around the same time I gave birth to True, and we both found collagen to be hugely helpful in the stages of post-pregnancy,” says Kardashian in a statement. She told\u00a0<\/span>People<\/span><\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>that she struggled with hair loss after giving birth to her daughter, True, in 2018. <\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>I tried absolutely every single supplement to stop it from falling out, but nothing seemed to work. Someone suggested collagen powder, and it worked.”\u00a0When she started using Dose & Co, she noticed a significant improvement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a press statement, Khlo\u00e9 adds, “Libby and I bonded over this journey and I loved how she was on a mission to make premium collagen accessible to more young mothers like us.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As loyal Kardashian fans already know, the world-famous family loves to build businesses. A few include \u2014 but are not limited to \u2014 Kylie’s beauty empire, Kim’s Skims shapewear line and Kourtney’s lifestyle website. Another one of Khlo\u00e9’s big business ventures is her Good American denim brand. <\/span>The mom co-founded the celeb-loved line with Emma Grede in October 2016. On its first day of launch, the brand brought in a casual $1 million.<\/span><\/p>\n
