At the American Music Awards<\/a> on Sunday night, Cardi B<\/a> walked the red carpet in a polarizing gold Schiaparelli mask and black tulle veil. Like Kim Kardashian<\/a> at the Met Gala however, there was no skimping on skincare and makeup. According to celebrity makeup artist Erika La\u2019 Pearl who painted the artist’s face for the evening (and kept it flawless by the way), the base was prepared using a five part skincare routine with Algenist.<\/p>\n

The routine was in a bid to target anti-aging, de-puffing (who doesn’t love that) and preparing a dewy base for longer lasting makeup. The dream come party season. While the suggested product itself could set your credit card way back, the techniques themselves could be adopted for your own pre-makeup routine.<\/p>\n
