There’s something so great about seeing a legacy of glamour and style being passed down to the next generation, and Kaia Gerber, alongside mother and legendary model Cindy Crawford, is a perefect example of this. Last night, the two had a mother-daughter red carpet moment on the red carpet of the Omega<\/em> San Francisco Grand Opening VIP Celebration at the de Young Museum in San Francisco. The two wore some corresponding black outfits that encapsulate both of their statuses as bona fide stars.<\/p>\n

Gerber, who is a brand ambassador for\u00a0Omega<\/em> and wore the brand to this year’s Met Gala<\/a>,\u00a0wore a flouncy, little black dress with spaghetti straps and ruffles around the bodice, while Crawford opted for a geometric, sheer gown with her signature wind-blown hair as the centerpiece.<\/p>\n

All we can say is, the family resemblance is real, and we love to see it.<\/p>\n

At a panel earlier in the day, Gerber spoke on what it was like to be part of the Omega<\/em> brand, saying “So many of my memories have been with\u00a0Omega<\/em>\u00a0and so many of my fondest memories of my family were centered around\u00a0Omega.”<\/em><\/p>\n

She continued “I feel like\u00a0Omega<\/em>\u00a0is part of our little family and I just feel very, very honored that I get to work with them and now included in an even bigger way. And to get to go to work with your mom is not something that everybody gets to say. It really is a big deal for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

This comes after Gerber and her boyfriend of a year, Jacob Elordi, announced they broke up last night<\/a>.
