This week the\u00a0Gossip Girl\u00a0<\/em>alumni appeared at an event at the Empire State Building wearing a mini embellished Georges Chakra dress, Max Mara coat and Manolo Blahnik heels. On Instagram stories she referred to the all-burgundy look as \u201cif Carrie, Samantha and Charlotte had a baby.\u201d<\/p>\n
