Last week on Hollywood Boulevard, Gucci\u2019s Creative Director Alessandro Michele held\u00a0Gucci Love Parade<\/a><\/em>,\u00a0a runway event of grandiose proportions. The seasonless collection was filled with pop culture moments: child star Macaulay Culkin walked the runway, Gwyneth Paltrow wore a remake of the iconic Tom Ford for Gucci\u00a0red velvet\u00a0suit she had on at the 1996 MTV Video Music Awards, Billie Eilish was even sitting in the front row.<\/p>\n

Of course the looks were also incredible, characterized by big gowns, feathers, sequins, satin, suiting and tulle. It felt like a glimpse into the future \u2014 one that’s filled with parties, travel, closeness and celebration. The beauty aesthetic was also in perfect alignment. Perth-born makeup artist and Gucci Global Makeup Consultant Thomas De Kluyver<\/a> created six looks for the occasion: a soft smoky eye, an inky manicure, glossed skin, a black lip, a small heart motif and a coral pout.<\/p>\n
