In some ways, we knew this was coming. In July a leaked portion of the\u00a0And Just Like That…\u00a0<\/em><\/a>script<\/a> suggested there would be a conflict with Carrie Bradshaw<\/a>‘s husband, Mr. Big. “I was taping the podcast, I was washing my hair. Yes, I wasn\u2019t eating or sleeping, but at least I felt good about my marriage. Now I\u2019m just one of the wives he was taking care of?,\u201d Bradshaw reportedly says.<\/p>\n

Well now it would seem that the beloved on-screen couple were unable to make amends judging by new behind-the-scenes pictures from the set. Sarah Jessica Parker<\/a> was seen kissing a mystery character, played by Jon Tenney (known for his role in\u00a0The Closer<\/em>). HBO Max, the studio behind the\u00a0Sex and the City\u00a0<\/em>reboot, has not disclosed any information about this character yet.<\/p>\n

Given the leaked script and Big’s apparent many wives, all signs point to a divorce. Or perhaps a more modern, and open marriage? How very Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith<\/a> of them. Given Bridget Moynahan, who played the man’s ex Natasha, was spotted on set in July, it could be the earlier scenario.<\/p>\n

Parker was also seen filming a solo scene on the streets of Manhattan in what could only be described as “Grandma-core”. If the series does choose to address the pandemic like so many other shows, this could be her lockdown look. She wore two headscarves, a hoodie, nightie, unbuckled Mary Jane heels and rubber gloves.<\/p>\n

Something tells us that if we keep poring over paparazzi images from the set, we’re going to learn the whole plot line before its release.<\/p>\n
