The sustainable denim<\/a> market has become ever so buzzy recently, including a new endeavor from American Eagle Outfitters. Everyone’s favorite reliable fit and comfortable jean are now applying their expertise with a sustainably minded and timeless approach making sustainable denim a wardrobe essential.<\/p>\n

The Premium denim collection leads with nine fits and heroes, including the classic fit tailored for men and women and the Western for women. Each pair of denim come to form using fabrics made from sustainable raw materials, including organic, recycled, or sustainably sourced through the Better Cotton Initiative. The collection wraps with additional vintage-inspired fits made with innovative fabrics, including selvedge (referring to the woven strip on both edges of a roll of fabric) are applied to provide maximum stretch and comfort.<\/p>\n
