Thanks to TikTok, we have been introduced to some of the most viral core-aesthetic trends, from tenniscore<\/a> to the most niche trends like grungecore<\/a>, seemingly making a big comeback recently. Now, in walks grandmacore \u2014 you can probably fester up some ideas of what this new age aesthetic is from the name alone. Think cottagecore, but Grandmacore is the more eclectic, vintage-inspired younger cousin that’s super laidback.<\/p>\n

Case in point, Grandmacore is nostalgic and reminiscent of your grandmother knitting, wearing floral pattern muumuu, and living her best life with little care of others’ opinions. Grandmacore seems to be an appropriate core-aesthetic that appears to be everyone’s mood as we arise post-pandemic, and we’re kind of loving it. Us and our favorite New York It-Girl, Carrie Bradshaw. Last week Bradshaw (AKA Sarah Jessica Parker) was spotted in what could be the new “Carrie Dress<\/a>” that was reminiscent of Carries glorious early aught days. However, yesterday she was spotted on the Sex and The City reboot set in a very different vibe than what we know her for.<\/p>\n
