Since then, Jessica and Tina have been working towards gaining back full rights to the company, and now, they&#8217;ve been successful.<\/p>\n<p>But first, let&#8217;s brief you on how we got to this point in the story. In 2015, when the Jessica Simpson Collection was owned by Camuto Group, Camuto bought out a majority share of the company, leaving Jessica and Tina with a minority stake at 37.5%. But the same year, Sequential Brands Group bought out Camuto&#8217;s majority share, leaving the fate of the company up in the air until the bankruptcy declaration.
